Financial Crises and the Regulation of Financial Institutions
Course Number: 378-0-01 Klausner 3 Units
This course will examine current and past financial crises and regulatory structures under which banks and other financial institutions operate. A substantial portion of the course will be devoted to the law governing financial institutions, some of which is quite technical, and the ways in which the law is intended to respond to market failures.
