Course Number: 324-0-01 Goldstein 3 Units
This course will focus on principles, law and practice under the U.S. Copyright Act, centering on protection and use of literary, musical and artistic works in traditional as well as new media. The course will also consider the role of copyright law in current debates over encryption, Internet liability, software protection and protection for industrial design.


No science or engineering background, aptitude or interest is required for this course.
